Upon receiving your inquiry, we will provide you with our curated wedding collections for your consideration, or alternatively, create a bespoke quote tailored to your specific requirements. Additionally, we would be delighted to schedule a call to introduce ourselves, ensuring we are the right fit for your vision and to deepen our connection.
Planning & Consulting
Once we receive your retainer and signed contract, we will provide our curated vendor list to assist in your vendor selection. Additionally, we will share a suggested photography and videography timeline to guide the flow of your day. Throughout the planning process—and after the wedding—we remain available to answer any questions and offer support to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
Wedding Day and and Photo Delivery
To ensure the most seamless experience, we arrive a day prior to your wedding to scout locations, allowing us to maximize our time together. Afterward, you'll receive a sneak peek within 48 hours, followed by full gallery delivery within 10–12 weeks.
Heirloom Albums and Content
Heirloom albums and additional content are delivered within two months of your image selection. Before printing, you’ll have the opportunity to review and approve your album, ensuring it perfectly reflects your vision and becomes a timeless keepsake.

Q. Are you willing to travel?
Absolutely! We’re always thrilled to travel for your special day. For domestic weddings, we arrive a day early to scout locations and prepare. For destination weddings, we arrive a week early to ensure every detail is perfect. All travel costs are seamlessly included in our collections, so you can focus on enjoying the journey.
Q. What if I want additional shooters?
Some of our wedding collections include a second shooter to help capture every angle of your special day. If your collection doesn’t already include one, no problem—we can easily add a second shooter to ensure no moment goes unnoticed.
Q. How do I confirm my wedding date?
Once you’ve chosen your date and selected your collection, we’ll send over a photography contract for your review. To secure your date, we ask that you return the signed contract within a week. Your wedding date is officially booked once we’ve received both the signed contract and a 50% retainer. The remaining balance will be due four weeks before your wedding day.
Q. Do you shoot film or digital?
We shoot both! Film brings a timeless, artistic quality to your images, capturing soft, romantic tones that feel effortlessly elegant. Digital allows us to capture moments quickly and adapt to changing conditions, ensuring nothing is missed. By combining both, we deliver a gallery that’s as breathtaking as it is comprehensive, blending the best of modern technology and classic artistry.
Q. How many images will I receive?
On average, we provide 80 to 100 carefully curated images for every hour of coverage, ensuring a gallery rich in artistry and unforgettable moments.
Q. What happens if it rains? What if we have to reschedule/relocate due to weather or natural disaster?
Rain on your wedding day? It’s not just lucky—it’s an opportunity for truly unique and romantic moments. With careful planning and collaboration with your wedding team, we’ll create a seamless backup plan that ensures every detail is handled. From intimate indoor shots to creative rain-kissed portraits, we’ll capture the magic, no matter the forecast.
